Kim provides staging for occupied listings, vacant properties as well as vacation rentals. Occupied staging packages and consults start as low as $150 and vacant listing packages starting at $1500.
New Build
If you are building a home, want to remodel your home, or even just update a room….all the decisions that go along with creating a space can be overwhelming. Kim loves doing this the most! The process of designing or updating a space should be fun and satisfying, not stressful and overwhelming. Kim can take that burden off and is an expert at choosing flooring, paint, tile, lighting, window treatments and more. She loves to create a space that is not only beautiful and can fit your style (you might not know what your style is and that’s ok), but most importantly she creates a space that fits your daily life. Kim can use the size and scale and layout of your space to strategically place furniture, rugs, art, television etc in a way that is most beneficial to living in your space. She can help create a flow that is beautiful and promotes conversation, relaxation and added enjoyment when your home is set up in the most functional way.

Furniture Selection
When choosing furniture, comfort and function should be your top priority. You want to enjoy sitting on your couch not just looking at it! Size and scale as well as flow is also important. Kim can help create the flow of furniture between rooms so your space feels cohesive, comfortable and of course stylish at the same time! She also loves to mix fabrics and textures so that there is added depth to the space to give your space a feeling of dimension and comfort.
Interior Consulting
Just have questions of what to do with your existing space? We can walk through ideas, where to shop for budget pieces, how to utilize your existing art, furniture, decor etc. This can be done in person or virtually. Kim can share idea boards and help you repurpose what you have in a way that feels fresh and current. This can also be applied to a retail space, salon space or small business.
